Remove or demote all listings, eliminate any discounts, and take technical or legal steps to prevent you from using our Services. If we believe you are violating our policies you may be subject to a range of actions, including limits on your buying and selling privileges, restrictions on listings and account features, suspension of your account, and recovery of expenses for policy monitoring and enforcement. If you are a seller and you offer or reference your contact information or ask a buyer for their contact information, we may take a technical action on your account.
We may cancel accounts that have been inactive for a substantial period of time.
Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse, modify, or terminate all or part of our services to anyone for any reason at our discretion.

When a buyer or seller issue arises, we may consider the user’s performance, selling or buying history and the specific circumstances in applying our policies. We may choose to be more lenient with policy enforcement in an effort to do the right thing for both buyers and sellers.

We do not charge any listing fees for using our Services until product is sold. When buying an item on our Services, you agree to the Rules and policies for buyers and that:

When a product is in returned mode, if the seller at fault for example sending the wrong order. If by delivery option, the store or seller will be responsible for the payment for delivery return mode, back to the store or seller for exchange or refunds. Stores or sellers be careful when sending your orders with delivery option. In any circumstance that refunds will be made after we contact the store or seller to refund the buyer, you as seller authorize archiveshoppingbahamas.com to use the payment option used by the buyer to request that funds be removed for the refund amount in same or other currency, place the amount on your invoice, and or charge your payment method on file.

As describe above the cost of return delivery for products that is not as described is the seller’s responsibility.
